IT Technical Recruiters responsibilities:

1. Handle entire Recruitment cycle which includes sourcing, Identifying, interviewing, evaluating, pre-screening and recruiting candidates through Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Corp-Corp etc.), Networking sites (LinkedIn, etc.) and Third Party vendors.

2. Speak with candidates to qualify and evaluate their Technical and Communication skills as per the client needs.

3. Ability to deal with Clients/vendors/candidates professionally and negotiate rates on W2/1099/C2C basis.

4. Having close contacts with third party vendors and have access to their current available candidates.

5. Performing background screening and reference checking to mitigate fulfillment risks.

6. Updating candidates with the feedback and maintaining constant communication for future positions.

7. Scheduling interviews for candidates and co-ordinate with the client through the entire cycle.



**FRESHERS with MBA(HR)/B.Tech having excellent communication skills & confident of producing results may also apply.
